JOB TITLE: Service Manager

DEPARTMENT: Service

REPORTS TO: General Manager

 

 

Summary:

This full-time position requires advanced product knowledge and multiple years in repair experience on all bike related services.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Advanced knowledge of most current repair methods

  • Assemble new bicycles

  • Ability to accurately diagnose and repair service items.

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers.

  • Maintain a relationship with fellow mechanics and employees

  • Continue education with industry trends

  • Participation and lead in shop rides and events.

  • Properly complete all repairs on time

  • Complete Rapid Cycling new employee training protocol.

 

Education/Experience: At least three years of bicycle service experience. 100% Shimano Tech Training completed. Continued education certifications such as: SRAM STU, Ebike Certifications, ETC.
