JOB TITLE: Service Manager

REPORTS TO: General Manager
Summary:
This full-time position requires advanced product knowledge and multiple years in repair experience on all bike related services.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Advanced knowledge of most current repair methods
Assemble new bicycles
Ability to accurately diagnose and repair service items.
Build and maintain relationships with customers.
Maintain a relationship with fellow mechanics and employees
Continue education with industry trends
Participation and lead in shop rides and events.
Properly complete all repairs on time
Complete Rapid Cycling new employee training protocol.
Education/Experience: At least three years of bicycle service experience. 100% Shimano Tech Training completed. Continued education certifications such as: SRAM STU, Ebike Certifications, ETC.
