JOB TITLE: Bicycle Mechanic
REPORTS TO: Service Manager
This full-time position requires basic product knowledge and repair experience on all bike-related services.
Basic knowledge of most current repair methods
Assemble new bicycles
Ability to accurately diagnose and repair service items.
Build and maintain relationships with customers.
Continue education with industry trends
Participation and lead in shop rides and events.
Properly complete all repairs on time
Complete Rapid Cycling new employee training protocol.
Education/Experience: At Least one year of bicycle service experience.
Skills and Traits: Mechanically inclined, outgoing, enthusiastic, sociable, positive attitude, passionate about cycling
